Context
A ready-to-occupy development in Osasco — units from 48 to 206 m², two to four bedrooms, with garden and duplex options.
The question was never how to show the building. It was how to make someone who clicked an ad stop, understand what's at stake, and send a message.
Approach
The page is a funnel, not a brochure. Renders, floor plans and real construction photos carry the argument first; the request for contact only comes once the value is on the table.
A rich gallery, but a light one — the click comes from a phone, on 4G, and a slow page loses the conversation before it starts.
Result
Live, and now the destination for the development's ads: plans, amenities, location and construction progress in one place, with a path to WhatsApp in every block.

If you have a product that lives on advertising and need a page that turns clicks into conversations, it's worth a conversation.
