Context
High-end in Alphaville Empresarial, Barueri, still under construction — units of 188, 246 and 299 m², three and four suites, architecture signed by Aflalo & Gasperini.
High-end with no public price changes the problem. The page doesn't convince with a number: it convinces with address, architecture and finish — and leads to a conversation, not to a price list.
Approach
A sober tone, bordering on understatement: the headings describe, they don't sell. Everything else speaks in facts — area, suites, parking, who signed the project.
The palette was sampled from the building's own façade and material, not from a catalogue. That's what separates the page from a template.
Result
Live, organising what the developer's own site doesn't: information in clean blocks, with nothing competing for attention.
Next
If you sell a high-ticket product where the price only makes sense in a conversation, and you need a page that supports that conversation instead of replacing it, it's worth a conversation.
